Design-partner fit
Explore whether PLENTI fits the operating question your practice is ready to solve.
PLENTI is inviting a limited number of physician-owned specialty practices to help test the product with approved live data and real owner-manager decisions. We want to learn whether the guidance is clear, whether the team acts on it, and whether onboarding becomes easier to repeat.
This form helps us understand whether there may be a mutual fit. Submission creates no commitment, implementation, product-access right, or client relationship.
Potential fit
A practice may be a good fit when:
- It is a physician-owned specialty practice
- The physician owner is engaged and can make decisions
- A practice manager or administrator will take part
- The team has a real operating question it wants to answer
- The owner and manager are willing to review evidence and test assumptions
- The team is willing to assign an action and follow it through
- The practice can make room for a recurring owner-manager review
- The team is willing to give practical product feedback
- After agreements and controls are in place, the practice may be able to support an approved, minimum-necessary, read-only data path
Practice size is only one factor. The operating question, the owner-manager team, the specialty, the available data path, and the practice’s ability to take part in the validation work matter more.
What PLENTI is validating
- Can the owner and manager understand and trust the evidence?
- Can they agree on the issue that deserves attention?
- Can the next step be assigned, followed, and measured?
- Can onboarding become easier to repeat from one practice to the next?
A potential fit does not guarantee acceptance, implementation, product availability, or a particular result.

What happens next
Here is what happens after you send the form.
Step 01
Submission review
We review who is reaching out, the practice or organization, and the question you want to discuss.Step 02
Fit conversation
If there appears to be a possible fit, we may invite the physician owner and the appropriate manager or administrator to a conversation.Step 03
Readiness discussion
We talk through the operating question, who needs to be involved, timing, data boundaries, source systems, and practical readiness.Step 04
Written scope and authorization
No system is connected and no implementation begins until the scope, responsibilities, agreements, permissions, and authorizations are in place.Step 05
Controlled kickoff
If both sides decide to proceed, we agree on the first operating question, the minimum approved data path, the leadership rhythm, and the first proof objective.
Each stage depends on mutual fit, readiness, available capacity, applicable agreements, and the evidence required for responsible implementation.
Current planning framework
Three levels of operating support.
