Scope of this policy

This policy primarily applies to the public website and inquiry process. It does not replace the separate agreements, data terms, security documentation, or authorizations that may govern customer or product data in a contracted PLENTI relationship.

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide through the Express Interest form or direct business communications, such as:

• Practice or organization name
• Role
• Reason for contacting PLENTI
• Specialty, where applicable
• Provider-count or location-count ranges, when supplied
• Primary operating area, when supplied
• The business or operating question described
• Additional business context you choose to include

• The date and time associated with the submission
• Other information you voluntarily provide

Name, business email address, practice or organization name, role, and reason for contacting PLENTI are required. Specialty and the operating question become required for certain reasons for reaching out. The remaining fields are optional. The form also uses a hidden spam-prevention control that is not presented to visitors and is not used as ordinary inquiry information.

Information processed automatically

PLENTI does not operate its own analytics or visitor-measurement tools on this website. The hosting, deployment, database, and email providers that operate the site process limited technical information in the ordinary course of delivering their services. That information may include IP address, browser or device type, operating system, pages requested, referring page, date and time, request identifiers, error records, security events, and performance information.

Technical information of this kind is generally processed and retained by those providers rather than actively used by PLENTI. Application error reports generated when a page fails may be transmitted to the platform that hosts and supports this website.

This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral tracking, tracking pixels, session replay, heatmaps, or analytics cookies. It uses only technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the site, together with the technical logs described above and the hidden spam-prevention control on the Express Interest form.

PLENTI may use the contact information provided to review, respond to, and administer the visitor’s inquiry. The info@plentisolutions.com inbox is monitored, and inquiries are reviewed by PLENTI. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll the visitor in a continuing marketing program. The website does not currently offer a separate marketing subscription, and no automated receipt or newsletter is sent from this website.

A visitor may ask PLENTI to stop contacting them at any time by replying to a message from PLENTI or emailing info@plentisolutions.com.

Service providers and other disclosures

PLENTI uses service providers that support website hosting and deployment, form processing, record storage, email delivery of internal notifications, security, and related technical operations. The website is hosted and operated using Lovable’s website platform, which provides hosting, deployment, form processing, and record storage, and web fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. These providers may process information for PLENTI’s authorized purposes, subject to the applicable arrangements with them.

PLENTI may also disclose information to professional advisors, or where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce applicable terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of PLENTI, visitors, and the website. Service providers are not authorized to use Express Interest submissions for their own advertising purposes.

No patient or sensitive practice information

The public website, Express Interest form, and ordinary email are not approved channels for patient information, protected health information, patient-identifiable information, clinical records, source-system exports, passwords, API keys, access tokens, financial statements, or other sensitive practice information.

Do not submit that information through the public website or ordinary email. The website provides no file-upload control.

Any future patient-linked or sensitive product-data workflow must be governed through the applicable scope, agreements, permissions, approved access method, vendor requirements, data boundaries, and security controls.

Public website information versus customer and product data

This Privacy Policy primarily addresses information collected through the public website and inquiry process. Information processed for a contracted design partner or customer may be governed by the applicable customer agreement, pilot or design-partner agreement, Business Associate Agreement where required, data-processing terms, security documentation, and approved data-access arrangements.

Customer raw source data is not converted into PLENTI-owned data merely because PLENTI processes it. Data rights, permitted uses, retention, deletion, de-identification, learning, benchmarking, and product-improvement rights must be defined in the applicable agreements.

Retention

PLENTI retains public-website inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business and consent records, protect the website, resolve disputes, enforce applicable terms, and satisfy legal obligations.

Some information may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or preservation of records PLENTI is legally entitled or required to maintain. Copies contained in internal notification email, provider technical logs, and routine backups may persist for a period determined by those systems.

Security

PLENTI uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the current website environment and the nature of the information processed. Website traffic is transmitted over HTTPS, and inquiry records are stored in an access-restricted database record store. No system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
